Get ready to soar to new heights with me today! I’m beyond excited to add our new workout segment to the blog called #ScoutFit! We will be scouting the city for fun and exciting ways to workout with and without your kids. Today’s first segment will highlight Anya, a aeriel fitness studio which offers antigravity fitness techniques. I first stumbled upon antigravity yoga while reading a magazine and instantly knew I had to try it! After researching this practice I found that it consisted of numerous benefits and designed to decompress the spine and align the body from head to toe while strengthening and stretching.

Instantly I was hooked and booked my first class. I took my place at the hanging hammock designed by Christopher Harrison. The sun filled the room and my breath was calm as I stretched and hopped into the hammock. The practice was challenging yet relaxing. You could instantly feel your core strengthening as well as the conditioning of your upper and lower body. The practice flew by and left my spine feeling realigned. My skin was glowing from the blood flow to the capillaries in my face which is always a plus.

It was a great experience and I have to say that antiGravity fitness is designed to increase one’s overall health and physical agility while having fun and creating beauty. Who doesn’t like that? If you’re in the NYC area then I highly recommend you pop in for a class. Stop by Anya online and book your first class for 50% off, just $12! Don’t forget to hashtag #scoutfit so we could see your workout! Hope you all get inspired to get fit and stay fit, see you next week!

Sai

Monochromatic

I took Scout on a cute little lunch date and figured we would keep it cute and stylish in monochromatic colors. I actually worked my outfit around hers but then again, I always do. I just think it's adorable to twin it with your mini as long as it is...
