My Favorite Salads
Right now it’s hard to find time to make it to the gym so I’m focusing all of my energy on eating right. Considering its summertime, a salad is the easiest thing to throw together with whatever I have in my fridge at the moment. These seven salads are packed with vitamins, protein, and leaves out all the extra calories.

And now I’m going to let you in on my biggest secret for a yummy salad! I wanted to share with you guys my favorite homemade creamy vegan avocado dressing that is all natural, sugar-free, and the perfect addition to any salad!
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Half a large avocado
- 1/4 cup parsley or cilantro, stems removed
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Juice of one lime
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup water
Blend everything together in a food processor or Vitamix. You can add more water if you want to thin out the dressing. Test it out and let me know what you think.
