6 Eighties Shoe Trends You Need Now

It’s no secret that most women love shoes, and I’m guilty of never being able to walk out of a store without purchasing more than one pair. I typically prefer to shop online to avoid being tempted by items I see that I don’t need. Luckily I’m an American Express Blue Cash Preferred Card Member, so I receive 2% cash back at select department stores – and 1% back on almost all my other purchases. So technically I don’t have to feel bad about splurging a little bit. Every now and then I find myself stopping at a brick and mortar store just to check my shoe size before ordering online. Aren’t we all guilty of that? But most of the time I prefer to do all of my shopping online with ShopRunner, a great membership perk for enrolled Amex Card Members that provides free two-day shipping and returns on eligible purchases. Who’s not interested in that? It’s an epic everyday perk and more of a reason to shop!

The 80’s are back and there are a lot of shoe trends that I currently have to stock up on, so check out some of these styles below and let me know which is your fav.

White Out: White is the new black this fall. Don’t be afraid to wear these puppies after labor day and make a statement. It instantly makes a boring outfit pop!

Sparkle and Shine: Click your heels Dorothy and reach for those glitter pumps. Instantly add some sparkle to your everyday jeans and tee and transition from day to night.

Combat: It’s all about the military vibes this fall so lace up!

Cowboy: Saddle up and get your cowgirl on. Strap on this on-trend boot and bring on that western vibe.

Red Hot: A fall look won’t feel finished without a red shoe.

Slouch: This 80’s inspired silhouette has made a serious comeback with an update you’ll love.
