Pretzel Twirls

We’re taking advantage of the beautiful weather by walking to the neighborhood bakery to grab a scone. It was nice and calm with not much commotion going on. I spotted Oliva Palermo walking her cute little pup while sipping an ice coffee. I frequently see her as we live in the same area and she always looks flawless!

London picked out a pair of sweats to wear that were sent over from Cara Loren, a mommy blogger that just started her own line. I’m a big fan of supporting other moms and thought I would throw on my “so Last season” tee that I received from the brand as well. I kept it casual in flats and London went with moccasins for our little stroll. We stopped and grabbed a giant pretzel before making a pit stop at the playground. Kids absolutely love giant pretzels, I’m not sure if it’s because they’re larger than her head or if it’s the twirled bread dough that fuses them together to form a face. Whatever it is, “pretzel twirls” as she calls it, keeps her happy! I’m a firm believer of “happy kid, happy mommy” so why not buy one every now and then?  Hope you all enjoy our mommy/daughter style and thanks for stopping by!

XO,

LS and Mommy

Culotte Style

I remember being in junior high and being obsessed with culottes! I mean who didn't like a mixture of styles? To this day I argue with my friends about the difference between a skort and a pair of culottes. They're extremely similar and everyone knows that a skort is made...
